History Meets Modern

Welcome home, where history meets modern architecture. This project involved a complete renovation and addition to a house originally built in 1930. As always, when working with historical homes, we take care to preserve the unique details that make them special.

In the dining room, the vintage dish display gives the space a classic charm that is perfect for creating new memories. We also retained the original wood fireplace, which, along with the new mantel design, adds a contemporary touch.

While doing laundry is not usually enjoyable, the laundry room is one of our favorite features of the house. On the second floor, you will find the bedrooms, bathrooms and an office space. The master bedroom is particularly inviting, with a cathedral ceiling that adds elegance and a hint of romance.

We truly appreciate all the beautiful details and custom built-ins throughout the home.
